60% Deposit
Required at drop-off before any work begins and before a completion date is given.
Every mount is its own job - we quote each piece by species, pose, and finish. Drop-offs require a completed invoice sheet and a 60% deposit.
Step 1 · Enquire
Send a few reference photos of your animal, the pose you have in mind, and the look you're after. John Louw will get back with a written quote.
A completed The Hunter’s Taxidermy invoice sheet is required for every drop-off - no exceptions. Pick one up at the studio or download below, and please fill out the highlighted yellow sections.
Drop-Off Checklist
Federal law protects songbirds, raptors (eagles, hawks, owls), and many non-game species. We can only mount legally taken game birds with the proper licensing. When in doubt, ask before you bring it in.
